I loved this. First I thought the whole film would be in cut out silhouette, then live action starts... and it's great!
It was a delight.

Nowhere near a musical. Awful.

Performances were the heart of this film. The passage of time is were this film suffers. Sure its punctuated by news articles informing us, but seeing no noticeable change in the leads appearances was a little disappointing.

A familiar trope elevated by the location and camera work.

Felt a little underwritten. The rules approach was a nice idea but the payoff at the end was lackluster.

Some laffs here and there, but overly dull.

This was one of my favorites. You stuck to the genre like shit to a blanket.

The 'silent film' seemed like an afterthought, but the premise was cute enough to keep me invested.

Familiar premise with a nice build up of tension. Vfx a bit off in places but cool effect non the less.

An interesting take on the 'wish film' but sadly the overuse of the gyro/st-cam was distracting.

I have no idea what this film was about. Obvious audio problems made the dialogue inaudible.

Good pace. Appreciated it more after watching the prequel.

Good writing, acting and production. Solid.

Excellent hoof print make-up and satisfying end.

Wha happen?

Good opening shot.

Good concept. WHAT DID SHE SAY?!??

Good pace. Amusing end. Good location.

I felt bad because of their audio problems.

Who says you need a beginning, middle and an end.

All stars earned by the old woman.

This film was a triumph. I've always said 'you can never have too much monarch butterfly in a classic 90's tale'.
Shine on you crazy diamonds.

Not my cup of tea.

I don't know if this was the case, this one kind of felt like they changed there minds halfway through the weekend.
That being said, I loved the nuttiness of the end. The random mirror effects and iris wipes were hilarious.

Ahhhh Brothers in Crime. Your dialogue is always great and you always tell a well rounded story.
As soon as it started I was reminded of 'Kevin's Journey: A Quest For Half' from 2014 - which I loved.

My favorite of the night. Clever script, inventive camera work and held true to the genre.

I honestly don't know what to say about this one. It was very jilted tonally.....I had lost interest by the mid point.

Short, dirty, manic, and a nice take on the genre. I wanna know what Pinscow is gonna make next??

If he was in a coma, then so was I.

Enjoyed the opening act, some gold peppered throughout but was bored by the end.

This one made me smile. A tight script and some clever effects.

The best of the night IMO. Someone mentioned it was a rip off of another short film, but I have never seen it so kudos to you!!!!

Kinda saw what the team were going for, but fell flat.

Hilarious! With an ending that pretty much dominated the night.

Well shot and well scripted. Some post issues here and there. One of my top 3.

The film that lived up to its team name.

Unfortunatly there is a very popular Youtube channel that makes these kinds of films, so once this film started I immediatly felt like I had seen it before.

Started off really funny but lost momentum after the first scene.

Very dark atmospheric comedy. To me it was neither a musical or dance movie but I liked it non the less.

A little ropey in the effects dept, but overall an action packed film.
Awesome car chase, brutal death scene at end and a kick arse end credits song!!

Quriky little film with excelllent usage of all required elements. Props to the props dept!!!

Nice film. I have a soft spot for dry humour and this film was full of it.
Nice work.

I get the whole role reversal thing and I do think it translated quite well, but did feel like I had seen it before. What stood out for me the most was the girl playing the maniac part, I was actually scared of her, her eyes kinda freaked me out. Nice work.

A nice use of the 'fantasy world reflecting the real world' story.
I found the camerawork in this film to be the best of the night. From the POV shots in the supermarket to the beach fantasy scene, nicely composed and graded.

Best use of the 'leaf' prop, being used as a lock pick. A little slow in parts but overall enjoyable if kinda creepy.

Nuns, guns, and a stipper. What more could anyone ask for???

Did not sit with me as being a rom-com on the night. But after a good nights sleep and a bit of think....yeah it was. Beautifully shot and bittersweet. Great reveal at the end.

What he said ^^^^^^^

I love zombies and musicals, and for some reason this film reminded me of Tim and Eric.

One shot is hard to do. This one did well in covering all the reqired elements aside frome the leaf which seemed more like a wardrobe element rather than a prop. But overall I enjoyed this one.

Nicely shot, but the story fell flat with me. I didnt really know what was going on. I remember somthing about sinkholes......and taking steps, but why was it his last day?

True to genre and great use of classic horror tricks. Fantastic location.

ferdershi madilli yada beedeelee!

lolz at Billy Young and those great lines about being shit on.
Awesome freeze frame ending

Wasn't quite sure what to make of this film. Personal taste aside, all the elements were there and was quite an interesting visual journey, albeit picking up a little girls stuffed animal and giving it back to her makes it ok to beat up your girlfriend.......or maybe i missed something?
Nice work Blame Mame.
