Hands down one of the best performances I saw this year in what was a "character drama" driven heat.

The middle row of the qwerty keyboard which came from the Sholes and Glidden typewriter design.

A love story of star crossed imaginary friends reaching out across space and time to be with each other. Unfortunately played to a virtually empty cinema. A thoroughly enjoyable film with some tidy special effects and nice costumes.

If Santa were a crazed homicidal bikie who operates a violent Christmas dictatorship. Scary elves and beatdowns.

Bad Santa on roids!

Interesting story about screamers (or homosexuality?) and a town that has outlawed them. Male lead was a highlight..

Christmas crime story! Liked the pee in a cup gag but a waste of good strawberry milk.

Steam punk story with good locations, awesome props and some crazy cool characters!

Turning up in costume: A team with real 48hour spirit!

Nomination: Spirit of the Competition.

An interesting story about addiction and sacrifice in the vein of saw. Nice character development!

Next sacrifice… this film!

Really cool intro and some tidy special effects! A classic forest murder mystery. If you love cliches this one has it in spades!

Well done guys! Good work..

This film started with promise... Then flicked you the bird and went home early.

Nomination: Best Bogan and/or Westie background artist in an unsuspecting part

Girl Power! Yay Xoxo

A story about a guitar toting metaler who eats excrement on an epic quest to retrieve his Axe!

Rock on!

Good, bad, epic, original, insane and/or genius! Butterfly's and dragons.
This one flew off into the stratosphere both literally and figuratively.

My fave from heat 14! Grrrr!

Gal pal movie about dealing drugs. Nice kiwi style acting reminiscent of shorty street.

You go girlfriend!

An strange story with a talented male lead. This film was wack but i loved it!

A wizards tale in middle earth. Some really nice cinematography!

8-bit love story with cool pixel art. Poor sound mixing and irritating robot dialogue reminiscent of a YouTube conspiracy theory video.
However the audience loved it and that's what counts!

Cops, Robbers and a Rollerblading pizza boy. Must see if you are into action/crime/drama Loved the stunts!

My fave from heat 6!

Loved this film. Who likes paying taxes! The telephone conversations a real highlight!

Cool story about a nightmare partner! We've all been there!

The animation was excellent (world class!) Story a little so so.. In the end I lost interest.

Nomination: Best Animation by a Mile!

A sad romance. Great song, Nicely shot. I enjoy films that make you feel something.

Nomination: Best original song

Beautifully shot, excellent cinematography, a talented lead actress unfortunately not convincing (to young for the part).
Promising story but in the end it fell flat.

Nomination: Biggest Ego Award!
