Wha happen?

I'm pretty sure you made the same film as last year! The location started off really weak, if the film started in the much better later locations the steam punk aesthetic would have landed immediately but unfortunately it took a few scenes before the audience could buy into it, giant plastic water reservoirs are not very steampunk! Your photography doesn't lend itself well to a steampunk fantasy either but could probably be fixed with a filter or colour grade in post, judging by the title card at the start I am sure that's something that can be addressed before its uploaded.

As always the costumes and props are the real stars here and it is always good to see your VFX.

Ok, guys. Just stop it. The steampunk thing is done. You are time and again throwing these great looking props and costumes at a film with an incomprehensible story, rubbish sound, and cheesy effects that do not in any way fit the otherwise 'highbrow' tone.

I just couldn't stand this one. I'm so tired of the gimmick. Give up the shtick and just make a film that makes sense. Please!

Have to agree with Jay Sherman on this one. The steampunk thing got old a long time ago. Great costumes and props don't amount to a good film. Would much rather see this team focus more on good audio and a story that actually makes sense - I get the feeling you tried to cram too much into five minutes and had to leave some vital information on the cutting room floor, I felt like a lot of the audience wasn't really following.

That said, I've seen this team do worse, so hopefully next year we'll get something really satisfying to watch.

Like others have mentioned, it wasn't entirely clear what was going on - and part of that is due to bad sound. And the opening scene was so un-steampunk that it might as well have taken places in a McDonalds. Plus, reusing the same props and costumes mean that it almost blurs into last years film; I thought it might have been a sequel, to be honest.
