Really clever ending on this film, had a good set up so the audience did not get what they were expecting at the end. Some great acting, especially by the hostage. Had some really funny moments.
It makes it hard to review when you're seeing an idea for the umpteenth time in a 48 hours year, having thought the previous teams were original, and yet the later entries may be the best of the bunch in terms of using that concept. This was the case here, with mistaken identity and criminals involved. Almost a double reunion film, it set out charmingly and quickly developed. Some nice visual touches, it was short and to the point.
Liked the beginning, (and the end). The concept was obviously intentional, but for me the comedy interfered with the thrilling action part.
The opening scene with the guy & girl was so well done, proved to be a great little twist of where you expected the film to go! After that I got a little bit lost about what was happening though, but I did like the visuals. The camera work and acting was fantastic
great twists in this film, and the first thing i noticed in the opening scenes was how nice the camera work looked.
i especially love the ending where the girl is still waiting with the dog with no idea what to do, hehe.
Short and to the point. Some fantastic acting and really great cinematography. For some reason it didn't blow me away, but it was a solid effort.
The continuing reunion theme was clever. Great ending.
Very cool, slick little short, technical-wise the best of the night. Loved the opening, but a shame it lost momentum and went to the all too prevalent 'hostage theme'. The end was great and unexpected.
Concise and to the point. Really good acting, made me laugh and great fx at the end.
