I really enjoyed watching this short. I think it was a solid effort from a young team and I look forward to seeing there future efforts.
I fair effort from one of the younger teams. Made me think which was a good thing. Not my type of movie personally but I think they worked well with what they had!
I found this movie difficult to follow and I thought the actors needed to work on their characters a bit more to be convincing. The camera work and editing pushed this movie into the good try catagory for me. It will be interesting to see next years movie.
This was basically just Pay it forward - where a text is received by the first character to do something nice for the next person they see. Once completed they forward the text on.
I felt that they could have made a bigger gesture of the 'nice act' than some of them did. One was just helping a woman up off the ground after she lay down because she missed the bus.
The Bobby Young character is reformed from being a bully at the end of the film.
Nothing wrong with the film at all but I didn't really feel any connection to any of the characters.
I liked this film, which was basically just a less preachy "pay it forward". In this film Bobby Young makes amends for his troubled childhood by starting a movement where people do good deeds and hope others pass them on. I wish more was made of the individual characters, who we didn't really learn anything about beyond their actions on screen. Ultimately though, this was an optimistic film with a positive message and frankly I wish we had more films like it in the competition.
Nice message, the challenging sound affected locations caused issues.
